Starr Light Blinds, LLC is proud to offer our exceptional warranty coverage providing peace of mind and unmatched protection for your investment. This warranty is exclusively available through Starr Light Blinds and is included at no additional cost to the original purchaser for qualifying window treatments.

Warranty Coverage

Blind Parts: Varies according to product. Ask your sales representative.

Motors: 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Cables: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
In the event that your product is damaged after installation, the covered components will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the warranty. A service fee of $49 may apply for an installer to visit your home and perform the necessary repair or replacement.

Product Replacements
For warranty-covered replacements, the replacement product will match the original in size, color, and fabric whenever possible. If the original material is no longer available, a substitute material will be selected to closely match the original.

Exceptions
The warranty does not cover:

Spills, stains, or damage caused by liquids.

Everyday wear and tear or misuse.

Wrinkles or bends caused by objects obstructing the blind's closing motion.

Dirt, dust, or environmental buildup on the blinds.​​
